Couplets Depicting the Love of Allah Ta'ala

Urdu

Transliteration

Allah Allah ee che shireen ast naam, Sheer wa shakar mei shawad jaa nam tamaam.

Translation

Allah ! Allah ! This is the most sweetest name

Taking your name has made my whole body like sugar mixed in milk.

Explaination

O Allah your name is the sweetest name, by repeating it, making zikr, I enjoy such a state of enjoyment as though my whole body has become like milk sweetened by sugar and my whole body is experiencing this sweetness. This is the spiritual advancement a saalik acquires under the supervision of his sheikh.
